Introduction:

Welcome to the Community Lounge, Formally known as ZBC. Community Lounge is an Anime, Gaming, Graphics, and Advertising forum that is basically centered around those aspects. Please beware that we do offer a general community aspect, but this is our main focus. So without further adue, please read the following rules and regulations.


General Rules

• Every member should be treated with respect
• Discrimination of any kind is Strictly forbidden.
• Spamming is forbidden. This includes double posting, single word posting, irrelevant posts, posting consecutively for destructive purposes unless otherwise deemed by the topic. (I.E Forum Games)
• There will be no pornographic images, websites, or anything of that nature posted on this forum.
• Advertising is only allowed in the corresponding section, and in the signature. PM or Email Promoting will not be tolerated.
• Signature Rules- You will be allowed 2 signatures in your space. There will not pass 450 x 150 PX.
• Duplicate accounts also known as alt accounts, will not be allowed. Every member will be entitled to 1 account.
• Every member of staff is considered the Authority of the lounge. However, Lounge staff must treat each member with respect and carry out disciplinary action in a rational way.
  
  Community Lounge Administration reserves the right to alter, ban, suspend, or edit any user and their accounts. We, the Community Lounge Administration reserve the right to edit, delete, or trash any post at our discretion. Community Lounge also has the right to change or alter these rules at any given time.
  
  Violations and actions carried out:
  
  First Violation: Verbal Warning (determined by the seriousness of the problem)
  Second Violation: Written warning. Up to 3 days maximum suspension
  Third Violation: Written warning, 5 day suspension and the staff member may request a ban carried out by the administration.
  Fourth Violation: 10 Day Suspension, Administrative actions may vary.
  Fifth Violation: Permanent Ban.
