Pete Doherty's drugs court hearing has been delayed so the troubled star can spend more time trying to kick his habit.

A district judge was told that the Babyshambles singer had tested negative for drugs during the past six weeks while receiving treatment.
The frontman has now been given more time to continue his aftercare treatment.
Doherty was due to appear before West London Magistrates Court for sentencing after admitting possessing crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine, and driving without insurance or MOT.
His arrest followed an incident in May when the ex-boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss was pulled over in his Jaguar car.
Doherty had been told his fate depended on pre-sentence reports on his drug problem.
An application to adjourn the case until October 26 so Doherty could "give himself a chance" was accepted.
Sean Curran, of Guney Clark Ryan solicitors, said: "Pete's doing very, very well, extremely well and he wants to give himself a chance.
"The court knows he's tested negative for drugs throughout his residential programme - that's six weeks now.
"The judge wants to see how he's keeping after the aftercare before he goes back for them to assess him."
Doherty was arrested again in August over allegations that he had broken bail conditions by possessing drugs at Staffordshire's V Festival, where his band had played hours earlier.
But he walked free on a technicality when police failed to bring him before the courts within a 24-hour legal timeframe.
