why....is life so complicated? :[

If life was easy, then we would have it made. But it's not. It's just something that we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis.
AngelKing - October 19, 2007 08:29 PM (GMT)
Serious Tone: Life is complicated because we make it that way. Yourself may try to make it simple, but others will always make it difficult. We may have control over ourselves but not others.
"Comical" Tone: Because there wouldn't be any fun in life without its complications and successes.

yeah..
i just wish i like KNEW what to do, you know? i'd hate to make a wrong decision. and i don't want to hurt anyone

Well if you think about it, if life was easy then everyone would have it made and the world would be utter chaos.
sparklynshiney - October 20, 2007 03:27 AM (GMT)
this is true.
but why can't MY life be easy? lol
i'm not saying i have tons of problems.. because
in all reality i have a pretty good life-
a loving family, place to live,
things to eat... etc.
it would seem that me going to college would
also be a good thing, but lately i feel
as if it's not. i'm soo stressed and
it's getting pretty hard. i have to work so
i have no time to actually study..
and really don't have a social life anymore.
there are other things too.. but i
won't get into them.
i just wish it would be a little less confusing :)

I guess life is full of tests, but seriously most make their lives harder/complicated than it should be!
Stetekai - December 13, 2007 10:28 AM (GMT)
Life is not meant to be easy, its a form of evolution.
a person who has lived a harder life will appriecate things others would not, they could deal with situations others can not and prevail because of it.
I sometimes wish my life would be moredifficult, not "Oh bugger, I missed my bus, i'll have to walk" difficult, but "the people around you lives' depend on it" difficult.
maybe then i wouldn't be such a fussy, lazy, fat b*****d.

As far as having others totally depend on you, it is not such a good thing in the long run. You love them and do what you can but there is always something you can't do. That's the part that hurts the most. I have been there and done that.

Because you madfe it that way..
When you were born no one told you life was easy or life was hard. I mean it's hard because you made it that way and you have control of life in your hands. But you just choose to make it hard on yourself and others around you.
So if you want it the easy way, learn to change, accept and move forward.
You gottas take life from the balls and say I AM NOT TAKING ANY SHITS FROM YOU NO MORE.
EDIT
With all ur busy life going on, I have to say this
Welcome to Adult Hood. Enjoy =]

I had a moment like that just a month ago. My sister and I had a bit spat back in May (she threw a literal temper tantrum over something little and stupid, and we haven't spoken since)... I was worried about going back home for Christmas, when I knew I'd have to confront her.
Having recently rewatched the ending of Revolutionary Girl: Utena, I realized what a lot of the imagery means, and applied it to my own life.
:D I have now come out of my coffin for good. If other people want to stay in theirs, by all means, they can. But I will not let anyone force me back into my coffin of despair.
I'm a much happier person, now.

If only people would step up to the plate and grab a hold of "Strength" then I guess they would have been alright going for their goals in life and not letting things stop them,
I am glad that you got out of your coffin. Chalchihuitlicue.
Chalchihuitlicue - December 20, 2007 03:41 PM (GMT)
Sometimes, people can be trapped in despair (I use the imagery of a coffin, because I like gothic things, and that's the imagery from Utena) for years, and all it really takes is something little to push you forward enough to escape from it. You just need to find that little thing to help you escape into the real world.

Yes I agree to that, you just just one of a few who was actually brave enough to take another step to real life. If only we had more people like you xD
