Would you?

Well I have to say that you would probably have more money and freedom lol :P But honestly no, I would like to be single all my life. I don’t want to sound like a preacher or something but love is one of the best things you can experience. Some people do go all through life single though; don’t ask me how they do it XD.

I would like a GF and have some additional happiness but if worst came to worse I could probably live my whole life single.

I think not. I mean I didn't wait all these years to become a legal adult without my parents bothering me just to be single.I think I should at least have 1 true love out of my life before I pass away. Being single might have it's perks..like not sharing..but it gets lonely sometimes.

I like being single, and plan to stay single for the rest of my life. Did the relationships thing, the true love, and now that he is gone I'd like to just be me and be free.

I wouldn't like to be single my whole life.

I'd feel lonely and a little empty inside. My parents and brother won't keep me company forever.

Most people think they wanna be single so they can get as many girls as they want, i like having a gf X)

I think it is good to have relationships with the opposite sex but i dont think you need it. Some people like to be on there own.

Meh... I like the idea of being single. I really don't feel the need to have someone in my life, beside me. It puts a whole lot more stress on you, especially with kids. Oh god, I couldn't stand having a kid, seeing what my parents have to go through. I just want to keep things simple and to the point. Wake up, work, eat, relax, sleep, and repeat.

Dude You're absolutely right .. Once, after a devastating break-up. I decided I'd never get together again.. And well ...

After I found the benefits of being single, I liked it for a while. But then, afterwards, I got together with someone and found out that loving just ONE can be an experience to cherish and most rare.

It's so much better to Love and Devote and receive it back.

well, having a relationship in like highschool can be nice. But for a good portion of my life i'll probably be single until i'm financially secured and can support a gf/wife.

Same here. I want to make sure I'm secure financially and stuff so I'm able to provide for a girl. I would want love in my life eventually as I have felt it once before and man it's the best. XD

Well being single your whole life has its downfalls, so no not really. I'd like to have a special someone in my life XD

But just to touch up on someone making the comment about having as many girls as you want if your single, it's probably the case for some people, but only for the ones who can't make up their mind or are perverted (not intended as an insult).

I don't wanna be single for ever but I do like it and occasionally it gets booring as hell.

And some of you guys make it sound like the man have to support the woman. Which is totally not the case I would be angry if i got a boyfriend and he assumed he had to provide for me. That would make me angry.

I guess my answer would have to be "yes".

You see, I am not interested in a sexual relationship. With anyone, male or female. I just don't have any drive for that sort of thing, and the medication I take to deal with lingering depression takes away what little I have.

I don't think I will find someone who isn't lying when they agree to a "loving" relationship that is non-sexual.

I am also extremely picky when it comes to appearances, so that doesn't help any.

I don't necessarily want to be alone or single my entire life, but it's something I've kind of resigned myself to. I was extremely unhappy in the only relationship I've been in. I've started wondering if I'm just incapable of actually loving another person. XD So I'm not going to inflict myself and my demons on any one else, even if they're under the mistaken impression that they want to share that burden.
