What do you mean by "come back"? He never really "left" because he always occassionally visits CL and talks on the sb and posts, but his job and work never really stops - He's got dedication, but hardly any time because of his job and whatnot. But if by "come back" you mean be a part of the administration again full time, then yes , etc etc. It would help balance out staff decisions a bit more, and then some, because he also needs to have his say on this as well.
