Currently, I've been going to forums, and trying my best to help out a bit. Here's my opinions:

Your skin

Your skin is not bad! Great work on it I suppose, although it isn't of top quality it is suitable. The maintitle gets old very quickly, and the whole overally look of the skin gets quite old in general. The matching buttons and especially the emoticons can look pretty younger audiences orientated :huh

Your sections

You have an advertising section? IMO it's kind of bizzare considering your an anime based forum. Maybe a plug your forum would do it, but maybe what you've got going is too much. Maybe change your homepage if you have one to have a submission page for advertisements. That way they can submit, without having to have the forums on your board. Right now your layout looks too large and scattered.

It says 'Happy Holidays', might wanna fix it :)

Here's some rebuttals to some of your points

1. when this skin was put on, we were celebrating the holidays like everyone else.

2. we are getting a new skin done but these things take time and in fact a link to the test board is posted in the announcements to view the new skin that is being created.

3. we aren't a full anime board as while that is our biggest focus we have a smaller but still significant focus in Gaming, GFX and Advertising hence why we call ourselves a Anime/Gaming/GFX/ advertising board in all of our ads or at least the ones I post. It's a unique concept in how we do it and as you can see it paid off ten fold. :D

The skin of course is like that, cause it was the last avaliable skin that Clounge revamped.
I believe they have a new skin coming, and that's a good sign cause this skin was starting to get boring for myself XD

I dont get the big deal with the advertising section, considering the fact tons of board's do the same regardless of their genre or attitude towards their theme.

I think they are doing the layout when they revamp, which posses a good sign for me, as i really dislike boards with long layout lists.

This skin isn't going to be around for too much longer as I do believe Sheyenne is almost done with everything.

If I have my way about things, this skin will be on today.
