What are some jobs that some people think only one gender can do, but can be done by either gender? & why

plant work. likee... gauging tanks and stuff. its hard work and usually men do it.. but ive heard of a few women who do. god knows id never though.

People always think of men when they think of industrial jobs, but in the second world war women did them when the men were away fighting, and in some cases the women did better!

Computer Tech. I honestly don't see alot of women, hence why I'm going into that field.

Okay this isn't a job! But at college up at the "music village" i have never seen a female there? Its really wierd?

When it comes to the medical feild people around me think it is weird for a man to be a male nurse. But in my opinion I think it is the HOTEST thing ever. I am trying to get my boyfriend to be a nurse but he is a aircraft technican right now so yeah. :(

I wouldn't mind being a car mechanic. But again its assumed guys are better at things like that.
I can see the division though. Aparently its all women teaching in primary schools.
