Very few people are going to open a second window/tab just to use the shoutbox. Either get rid of it, or put it back in plain sight.

Very few people were using it when it was in plain sight. the forum is the main attraction over here. ;)

It will stay where it is. Only people who are complaining are ones that use that instead of the forum, which that means only you are complaining.
