CL Newsbit #1 - The NEW Revamp Is Complete!
After months of hard work, Sheyenne has finally completed CL's brand new revamp! We have
an all new skin & buttons, new banner, new GFX sigs to complement the change and a ton more.
Some of these you just have to see for yourself!
Anyways, all we await now is the move to ZB. Whenever that happens of course!

CL Newsbit #2 - Pokemon Wifi Tournament Begins In April!
Believe it or not work has begun on the Tournament Bracket! It is quite close to completion.
Also, I'm taking numbers in the "Pokemon D/P Chat thread" on CL so if you wish to be added
in I would suggest taking one. You won't know who you are facing until the Bracket is posted
up for all to see.
You still have all of March so if you haven't started EV Training any teams, may I suggest you do
so as the competetion will be fierce and great prizes are up for grabs!

Freelance Writer's Haven #9
Welcome to another FWH segment! It has been a while since we did one of these. Anyways,
this week we bring to you a rather nice rhyming poem by Syarith. It is called "My Own Suffering".
We certainly hope you enjoy it.

Did I play my cards right?
Or did I do no more than start a fight,
that now, neither one of us can emerge,
Victorious? Perhaps now's the time.
I stay up until 3 A.M.every day,
Feeling that I'll prolong my own suffering,
No second chances given, no matter the outcome.
What path to choose, to end it, and make us both lose?
Or to continue on, and make only myself suffer?
Decisions, Decisions, Decisions,
Perhaps all these dreams of the future long ago
Are now visions, not of truth , but are coming true.
Now, I fade into the darkness, that swallows my soul
To a never-ending path where I wander for eternity.
My soul trapped within this path, my heart aching,
even when happy, I feel misery. The happiness fades away.
And all that befalls the soul within is endless misery.
Now I feel that these emotions, feelings, were indeed
supererogatory.
But the innocent one uses a strong belief,
and uses it to continue controlling what we have,
Which in reality is only what she has, and that
which I do not. All this time, Have I been
nothing more than blind?
Why bother keeping on,
When All I can do is cry?
Why am I not happy, when I should be?
It was not until late I realized,
No matter how many times in a day a smile,
I don't even want to try, all I'll do is
put myself through further suffering,
And keep my misery unknown, and away?
But perhaps that's not wise,
As I sit and lay down, I close my eyes
But what if I tell her, then she will get hurt,
by what I have to say, and then she'll run away
But what if this emotion, this feeling,
What if it transmogrifies into nothingness?
What if this love fades away,
on it's own?
Then my suffering would come to an end,
and in the end, nobody would be hurt,
Not me , nor her, and all is well.
But now, I wonder what would happen
If I were still with her.
Did I play my cards right?
Or did I further prolong my own suffering?...
No matter what comes out of it,
I'm not afraid.
I'm not afraid to cry.

Pokemon Of The Week Review #3
Welcome to another exotic & indepth Pokemon Analysis brought to you once again
by TK! Anyways, today's Pokemon will be the EXTREMELY powerful and VERY overused
Ground/Dragon type Garchomp. I bet as Syarith is reading this he is going BOO HISS!

Garchomp (Adament)
Hold Item: Life Orb / Bright Powder
- Sandstorm
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
Just for the record, I have no real experience with Garchomp as I have never trained
one nor do I plan to since I really tend to stray away from using EXTREMELY overused
Pokemon in battle. From my perspective however, I feel that with Sand Veil in his favor
this moveset can perform quite well! This isn't the STANDARD Garchomp moveset but
it comes pretty close.
First off, your opening move should be Sandstorm since Sand Veil will activate and gives
Garchomp a nice evasive boost to avoid some DAMAGING hits. Not to mention if you have
Bright Powder attached that's practically TWO Double Teams right there so Garchomp should
easily survive a few rounds this way to start dishing out some pain with his next three assaults.
Dragon Claw is for STAB and to cripple any other Dragon that may get in it's path. Garchomp
is the FASTEST Dragon (Provided Rain Dance Kingdra or Dragon Dancing Salamence didn't already
come out!) in the game so it should easily get the advantage. With Life Orb, it's pretty much boosted
to a 90 base power attack so yeah anything that isn't resistant to it will have a considerable dent in
their HP gauge.
Earthquake is blantantly obvious on a Pokemon who gains STAB, has an incredible Attack to boot!
This should be Garchomp's MAIN attack. At 100 Base Power, STAB & Life Orb boosting it further....
nothing (Bar Steelix) can really withstand that sheer power. It should also ensure that those Fire,
Electric, Poisons, Rocks and Steels stay far away from it!
Fire Fang is the last move to round out this set! Garchomp needs an offensive move to counter
the many Skarmory & Bronzong users out there. Fire Fang w/Life Orb's boost will leave some nice
burn marks and possibly inflict a Flinch which is always a help in keeping our rabid dragon alive to
feast on helpless pokes all the much longer.

CL Newsbit #4 - Activity Looks Much Brightier!
I must say, CL's Activity has certainly improved with our NICE brand new revamp! That's always
a great thing to see. We also have the Get Active PMs coming up later next week so that should
help stregthen it some more!

We welcome you back to another AJ showing! Today our three hosts will sit down with
you today and pry apart the anime "Hamtaro"! Hope you all enjoy it.
Ging: Welcome to the Anime Judgement Segment. I'm your host Ging, with his two
Co-hosts Brad and Nam.
Ging: The anime this week is Hamtaro. Hopefully next week we can do an anime that can
be called a real anime.
Nam: Hamtaro's a real anime lol.
Ging: ...barely!
Nam: Its got that anime-cuteness.
Ging: Eh
Ging: Anywho, First impressions?
Brad: My first impression was it was a weird but interesting anime.
Ging: My first impression was "why am I watching this?"
Nam: I feel the same way. I just couldn't stop watching it though. Those huge cute eyes
just got me.
Ging: Alright, What do you think this anime's most redeeming quality is?
Nam: Not much. It relies on cuteness than any real coherent story. It was a show about cute
hamsters doing cute things. I guess that's a redeeming quality.
Ging: Thats exactly what I would say.
Brad: Same with me.
Ging: I think its kind of funny that Hamtaro's voice is done by the same girl that
did Kagome's voice in Inuyasha.
Nam: That girl hamster was so into Hamtaro and for reason had a fetish for blue ribbons.
Ging: xD yeah I remember the fetish for blue ribbons
Brad: lol
Ging: God. I bet this show made some really insane dude make hamster hentai.
Ging: >.< bad images in my head
Brad: lol!
Brad: Your fault for saying it.
Ging: True
Nam: WTF are you doing man?! You just put images in my head. AHHHH
Ging: xD
Ging: Hahaha as Nam dreams of sugarplums and hamster's getting it on.
Brad: Good thing I'm watching an episode of Hellsing so all I have in my head is
blood and guns.
Nam: Nooooooo...ahhhhhh. I hate you.
Ging: I know you do.
Ging: Anywho, lets just list the positives and negatives so Nam can go
back to not thinking about hamster hentai.
Ging: Postives - Cuteness.
Brad: That's really all for positives.
Ging: xD I think so.
Nam: I agree.
Ging: Okay negatives:
Ging: Opening song = death
Nam: I actually don't remember the song at all...but I think that's a good thing.
Brad: I don't remember it either
Brad: The voices were annoying to
Ging: I just remember I had to turn the TV down everytime the opening song was on so my
mother wouldnt disown me for watching such shows.
Ging: Okay any more negatives?
Nam: No real story
Ging: Yeah, I agree with that
Ging: wow, a segment where we all agreed on almsot everything
Brad: That's a shocker.
Ging: Indeed
Nam: The show sucks.
Brad: Exactly.
Ging: xDDDD
Ging: Alright that just about wraps it up for us. See you next week for more fun, adventures, and
hamster fun...okay maybe not hamster fun, but there will be fun...I think?

CL Newsbit #5 - Smash Brawl Tourney Coming Soon!
The Smash Brawl Tourney was originally slated to start sometime this month on CL
but due to most people not having the game yet (Unless they got it by import) I have
decided to push it off for a few months so that everyone has a chance to perfect &
master their favorite characters. This will therefore make the Tournament more intense
and exciting!
Expect the Tournament to happen sometime in May or June! More details to follow
when the time gets closer.

Yeah I know I normally end the CL Times with an interview but lately I haven't been able to find
anyone. If you would like to be interviewed, hit me up on a PM and I'll assign you for the next
edition of the CL Times. I'll work out a time and a day to do it with you as well.
