This CL Staff up and leaving still continues to be a major problem here and I'm literally on my last nerve with it. If your gonna just take a spot, then quit a week later without doing anything.....why are you bothering to be staff here? Seriously, this REALLY needs to stop.

Now, if you are SERIOUS and have the time to actually take one of these positions and are willing to meet the requirements of them....then please apply. Here is the template to use. The CL Administration will be observing your activity for a few days to ensure that your managing to prove your dedication here.

I hate to come off harsh but we are sick to death of changing CL Staff like pairs of clothing every day. So unless you are sure you can do these jobs, DON"T APPLY.

Then don't open applications Kirby, just hand pick your staff. You go to them. Depending on their activity, hand pick > applying.

Hand picking isn't always effective Esper. For GFX, you need to be good with it as people will expect great work from the person doing their avy, sig, etc. So that is why I do the templates. We want people who excel in the particular area that they are applying for.

When a person applies, you hand-pick them. They dont get scooted magically in. There is no difference lulz
