Does anyone here at CL other then myself do a lot of Bowling? I'm in TWO leagues on Monday & Friday as most of you know. (Only a couple more weeks in both too. Me and my parents will probably enter a couple in the Summer too.)

So far, I have (4) 200 games to my name and I hope to snag my 5th one tonight!

(1) - 212 (Friday League)
(2) - 208 (Friday League)
(3) - 255 (Practice Games on a Wednesday)
(4) - 230 (Last week in the Friday League)

We are going against a pretty bad team tonight which is getting an abnormally HIGH handicap of 100+ pins so yeah me and my parents & uncle have to bowl our rears off tonight to beat them. (I just hope the other team doesn't BOWL on top of their handicap. X_X)

I love bowling though I never get to go.

300 it is the best right?

Yeah 300 is the best score you can get. My dad got it once before a LOOOONG time ago back in the 80s.

He's still a VERY good bowler now and gets many 200+ games. He very rarely has a bad night.

I've never gone bowling. I wish I could try it ...

I haven't for a long time, it's fun tho. I might go with some friends in a few weeks ( just need to talk them into it XD ).

Frequent bowling routine? Me? I don’t think so lol :P. I have bowled in the past though and liked it but it never interested me enough to bowl like every day.

i don't bowl often.. but when i do i suck anyway haha. :] i dont care what my score is i just like to have fun with it.

We won 5 points out of 7. (Two games won and we took the wood!)

So far Friday we have been winning a WHOLE lot so that is awesome. Monday we are in 4th place out of 7 teams. (Yeah Monday is a VERY small league. Have yet to get a 200 in that league either.)

Nah. there are FAR greater bowlers then I. My dad would be one of them. Not to mention the whole USBC which has a ton of Pros who bowl several 300+ games for a living. XD

Not often sometimes for partys.

But now i hate it!

Because my ring got stuck in the bowling ball and it went down the place and i lost it..

I wear a ring too when I bowl but it's always on my pinky so it's NEVER in the ball at all.

I'm not much of a bowler. More of a disk golfer(real sport, BTW)

I don't think i've been bowling in over 7 years. Maybe more.

Iv'e tried it once, i was that hopeless that i haven't shown my face at the bowling since...

Once every couple of months my friends and I get bored and go cosplay bowling.

That's a lot of fun, even though all of us but one are abysmally bad at bowling. XD And the one who's good is only good because he was on a league for years before he moved here.

Well with more practice I'm sure all of you can be very good! Anyways, speaking of practice I'm gonna be going out to do more Bowling shortly.

But i went bowling last weekend was ok. Fingers hurt a lot after all the time. lol

I would not say i bowled often at all probanbly twice a year at most, i do play it on the Wii a bit more than that though :)

Well, I had a great Bowling night. Got two 170+ games. Lately I seem to be averaging a lot of those! (Quite a few 180+ games as well)

My average used to be like 146...then leaped to 152 and now it's like 161. I'm improving so quickly! Getting 200s should be MUCH easier now that I'm fixing all of my problems such as lofting (I'm starting to roll the ball and getting MUCH better accuracy. Usually I just let it rip and that was a major reason I didn't get higher scores as much.) My 4 step approach is also getting better and I'm sliding.

I used to always bring my foot up near my other one when I bowled and it always threw me off balance. My dad and this guy Jim managed to really help me improve.

Soon they are both gonna show me how to do a hook once I REALLY get used to always rolling it slow. Can't wait!

We go bowling wearing our cosplay outfits. We've also done Cosplay Black-Light Mini-Golf, which is also fun. XD Someday we're doing that in G Gundam cosplay just so we can see my bright orange wig glow.
