Ok, the guidlines say no requests to be used on a forum with a design request team, but what if i need a banner for a graphics forum i am starting (yes it will have requests)? I was planning to get a really good banner and chose a skin based around the banner.

If you're going to have requests you'll need someone to fill the requests. Get Graphics staff to do the banner for you :)

i could make it myself but i like the way your and lady dragons works look.

the point behind the rule is if the forum in question has a gfx request section then they should be able to do it themselves. Looks awfully bad when you are going to offer gfx request yet not have anyone able to do anything to help you with getting gfx made.
