Ban Energy Drinks For Minors

The article about banning it to miniors is a couple months old but the other one is fairly recent. I think it would be stupid to do something like this myself. I mean i dont think its right for a kid to go out and drink 10+ energy drinks in less then 10min or so but if they want to do it and risk having a heart attack then thats thier choice. Most people know the risks with taking high amounts of caffine in a short amount of time and if they dont then they must be living under a rock or something lol.

If they do go through with this though then they should just ban just about everything for miniors because anything you do carries some risk of killing you. Even if that risk is so low that it probably wont happen its still there.

But thats just my opinion, what do you guys think? Should they pass these bills or not? And if they do/dont then why shoud/shoudnt they?

No. If a minor overdoses on caffeine, they are as irresponsible as an adult that drinks themselves to death. I don't drink energy drinks because they're absolute bullshit, but if somebody wants to gulp down that crap, it's their choice.

Now, I do believe that there should be a warning on energy drinks. While I despise the idea of catering to the lowest standard of common sense, it can save a life.

I am not one to dick around about morals regarding darwinism. However, if somebody dies from drinking too many energy drinks, and there's a warning on the can they drank from, I honestly can't say I have any sympathy for them. Anybody that brain damaged deserves to be subject to darwinism.

lol iam sorry but if I heard that someone did that i would laugh xD. And ya I see a lot of kids, especially the young ones who want to look cool oh so bad in front of the big boys, drink energy drinks like they were alcohol. They look even more stupid trying to drink energy drinks like they where a hard drug then they do drinking alcohol just to act cool. if you are going to drink alcohol then please don’t do it to look cool because I will be the first person to make you fell as big as a mouse.

I also agree that a warning on the things would be a good idea, anything to educate the less then average intelligent people. People will still drink 10 of them in a row but at least we told them about the dangers, what they do after that is totally up to them.

Meh, i dont think so. Like ryanplex i would laugh. Just have a warning like they do on cigarretes, that should be good enough.
