I wonder what everyone else will say regarding this. . Think of this as a little test.

Do you think the world would be a better place if everyone had so much money that they'd never have to work another day?

Well, if nobody had to do any work, no work would get done. We'd all starve, because the people growing the food aren't anymore. We'd all get bored out of our minds, because there'd be no new books or movies.

In short, nothing would get done. Then someone comes and saves the world. Or they all realize that their vast amounts of money are now worthless.

Exactly what I think. But I honestly wasn't expecting a well-thought-out answer this early.

Well I believe if everyone was super rich like you said, people would buy nuclear bombs and such and try and get more land than each other. Its just a common principle.

if everyone was rich the price of everything would go up, and it'd be like it is today, just everything will be more.

Someone would find a way to make the economy go back to what it was, thereby either nulling the value of the vast amount of money you have or causing it to be extremely low.

It wouldn't come to a stand-still, though. The value of the dollar would just go down and when all the money is gone and prices are still sky-high, we'd all go into poverty.
