Yeesh, I lost track of time and forgot to post it up at 5PM! Well, anyways sorry for the delay. Here it is everyone! Hope you enjoy it.

Welcome to a Spring smelling fresh edition of the CL Times! It is I your Day wasting, Week working,
Month resting, Year loving host Top Kirby! Didn't know what to do much for an intro today so I just
did another themed one. XD
As usual, a little bit of random news before we dive into the heart of the newsletter. Just recently
beat Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Darkness (Nintendo DS). It's definetely a MUCH
better game then it's predecessor! I'm really gonna love making my Mismagius, Metagross
and Parasect team. Although if Meta is gonna get Earthquake I should probably get my Parasect
"Protect" as even though it's 4x resistant to Ground thanks to it's Bug/Grass nature it can still pack
a wallop coming from the metallic titan. Mismagius has levitate so it doesn't fear ground attacks.
I've occasionally popped on Wifi to do some Brawling and I continue to get even GREATER with
R.O.B. A huge thanks out to Arekkusu for teaching me the art of Shield Grabbing! It has made
LIFE a whole lot easier against Lvl9s and I've used it quite effectively against some humans as
well.
Ok, that was rather long! Now, lets get into what you all want to read. Lets hit the CL Statistics
update and move on with the show. CL now has 3,266 Members, over 87,500+ Posts, MAJOR
activity, INCREDIBLE Skin & Buttons and much more!

CL Newsbit # 1 - TK A Little Burned Out Lately!
I'm sure some of you have noticed that my CL activity has lingered somewhat the past
couple days. Kinda undergoing a little bit of "board burnout" but it's slowly fading away so
you'll begin to see more of me again. No worries as I'm already back advertising again to
keep CL strong & healthy! I refuse to see it die down as you can see. XD

Freelance Writer's Haven #18
Welcome to another edition of the Writer's Haven! This week we bring to you a rather
intense story by Syarith called "Hunting A Murderer". We certainly hope you enjoy this read!
If you can, let him know what you think of the story with a PM.
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
"There, there, laddy! You'll see your folks again soon, no doubt about it!" Said the strange adult,
age unknown. The boy responds with whimpering and tears, no words spoken. The man loses his
patience and becomes frustrated. "Come on, boy! Forget 'em, they di'n't love ya anyway, laddy!
They hid that fact from ya, and I know this, your father was nothing but a pig who thought he could
be a responsible parent, and when ya were only 5, he died in a careless automobile accident! Ya
wanna know why, young lad?! 'Cause he di'n't pay attention to those around him, he could not
show the same affection and love for his wife that he could before, they drifted apart, they
divorced, all because of one minor setback! They fought over ya, laddy! And look where ya are
now, your mommy's been takin' good care of ya it seems, for the past thirteen and a half years,
it would seem? And now you lost her as well, so you're on your own now. Only if you believe in faith
will you ever see your parents again! . . . There is also one thing they did not tell you either! . . . "
The boy turned around and gave the strange man a glare that would devastate him. The boy slowly
walked away. While he was halfway away from the adult, he decided to go back. He faced the adult
and continued to glare at him. The adult strengthened his anger and frustration by simple
impatience.
"Ahh!! Fucking brat! Who do ya think ya are, jus' waltzin' in 'ere and staring at me like that?! I'll
teach you a thing or two about messin' with me!" Swiftly he grabbed the kid, lifting him up high and
off the ground, then threw him into a corner.
"That son of a b--" As the boy was getting ready to conclude his statement, the adult rushed to him,
took off his belt and starting hitting the kid with it, and he hit harder and harder and harder.
"Ahhh!!!!...Uggh!!!..Gaah!!!..!" The boy screamed. It was sure now that he had no hope, though
he still had strength left, but a very minimal amount.
The man took out a knife and his gun. "Hehehehehehehehehehhehehe! Now then , how should
I kill the remains of your family, How would you like me to KILL you?!!!!"
The boy cowered in fear, and quaking he asked, "Who....who the hell are you?! Are you crazy?!...
What do you have against my family? What do you have against me?! Answer me!..." The man did
not give in to the kids demands. "I don't take orders from you! Now get on your knees and beg for
mercy you f***er, and fall to the ground like a fucking dog!...." The boy was scared, he knew he
could not run away because he would get chased if he had, and perhaps shot and fallen, so he
stayed where he was.
"No." he said. The man was surprised the small child would not listen to him.
"I said get on your knees and beg, you f***er!"
"I said no."
"So you refuse to respect your elders? . . . Then I guess we must do this . . . the hard way."
"No! Please, don't kill me! . . . I have my whole life ahead of me! . . . I'm too young to die!"
"Sorry, but you insisted! . . . but first . . . let me tell you the truth about what happened to your
parents!..."
"I thought you just told me?"
"Do you really expect to believe everything someone says? There are liars out in this world, laddy,
but now I will tell you the truth."
"So, tell."
"Very well then. It was when you were 5 years old. Your father and mother were concerned of you
and the dangers that may uphold you when you are older . . . and look where you are now. That's a
different story, however. Your father was so concerned that he moved away and never saw your
mother again, but he did make it to his destination, but when he got there he did not last very
long . . . because I interfered. I never liked him, so I decided to cut his throat and put an end to his
misery after he told me about you. I disintegrated and disposed of the body soon after...as for your
mother . . . after I called her and lied to her about your father, not completely though. He had
leukemia for quite a while. Because she knew he did, I thought it'd be appropriate to tell her that
he died of it. Then, she said these exact words, "Well . . . I suppose it doesn't matter of Del's safety
now . . ." Yes Del! She didn't care if you were safe anymore! You know what she did next?! The
fool . . . after seeing you grow up, for 4 more years, do you recall when at age 9 she mysteriously
disappeared?.."
"Yes, I do . . . "
"Do you want to know why she hasn't returned in the last 4 years? . . . It's because she gave up,
Del! She committed suicide because she didn't want to risk your safety!"
"...Foolish mortal. I can't believe you, though! You killed my father and caused my mother to kill
herself because of your lies! . . . You sir are the worst person I have ever met!"
"But you have met me, haven't you?! That's right, Del! I killed your father, and now I'm going after
you! . . . Now beg! Beg for mercy you fucking dog!"
"And if I were . . . to refuse?"
"Then I'll kill you just as I did your father!..."
"Go ahead. I'm not afraid of you, nor death! . . . It would be nice to reunited with my parents again.
They are expecting me."
"You fool! Once dead, you'll never see anything or ANYONE again! Not even your good for nothing
goody-two-shoes parents!"
"As long as I have hope and faith, I know I'm always with them and will be reunited with them
even when I go to the afterlife."
"You're a fool! . . . Faith is for LOSERS! Like your pathetic family . . . I am ashamed to even know
who your father was, because he was a weak, spineless fool back in college! . . ."
"Then do it. Kill me now... it's what you wanted. It's been your dream to wipe out my family . . .
and I'm the last of them, right here, in front of you. Why haven't you killed me yet if you wanted
to end the existence of my family at long last?"
"It's always been my dream to rid your family of this world, since you're the only one left . . ." He
pulled his gun and his hand was shaking. His desire to pull the trigger was so strong he could have
done it, but he did not. He put the gun back and said, "...I...I can't do it. Don't expect to be lucky next
time, kid . . . you will die at my hands before you know it. Heed my warning Del . . . for when the right
moment comes, the maximum punishment shall be yours."
The man turns around and walks the other way, leaving. Del looks down, noticing an identification
card on the ground. He goes down on his knees and picks it up. The name on the ID is a name of a
mass murderer: Odakota O. Qualls. After putting away the ID into his pocket, he only says one thing
regarding Qualls, "......Prick."

INT. OVAL OFFICE - DAY.
We see Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. They find a computer in the office while George W.
Bush is out on an important business meeting with the G8 summit. (or whatever theyre called).
Having nothing better to do, they sit down and turn on the computer. It loads up. They feel they
want to browse Political News Daily online, however instead they go to YouTube.com. In the
"Videos being watched right now" they see the "Barack Obama Hillary Clinton Rihanna Umbrella"
parody video. For at least 3 minutes, they are wondering "What the hell is this?!" They are not
offended by the video at all. They now look each other in the eyes.
OBAMA AND HILLARY:
Hmm . . . Hmm . . .
FADE OUT.

CL Member Interview #28
Welcome to another fabulous CL Member Interview! Today, I TK will sit down with fellow
Pokemon Reviewer Magmortar75 and we will get to learn more about him. I certainly hope
you all enjoy it.
TK: Great to have you here!
Mag75: Well... thanks TK! Glad to be here as well!
TK: To get the ball rolling, how did you first get involved with forums?
Mag75: When I was younger I usually browsed around reading boards for the heck of it.
I honestly wasn't that great for forums at the time but it got better with time.
TK: What was the first ever board you joined? Did you meet & make any new friends there as well?
Mag75: Technically, C&URWF1 was the first board I joined. Wasn't that great to be honest...
then I joined the Advertisement Centre to get it actually known. Met some decent people, like
you TK! I would still be there if for some reason I wasn't classified as a Guest. <_< *wonders
what the crap was up with RedSox and Driver at the time* Infact I still remember this from my
signature at the AC:
TK: Did you ever create your own board? If so was it very successful?
Mag75: Yes... I've actually made 3. My first board, and first board I ever joined, was C&UR
World Forums, hosted on good old IF. It was a very unsuccessful board indeed. I even remember
you joining the place. <_< C&URWF2 wasn't much better, as it turns out I picked a worse hoster
(phpBB) for it then ever. The third and hopefully final and most successful of my boards is C&UR
World Power Forums, which is already growing somewhat decently averaging 20ish posts a day
by a mere 5 members. If you ever want to visit the place feel free to see my signature.
TK: What are some of your most favorite boards to visit?
Mag75: Community Lounge is honestly, my favorite board. Honestly I don't join that many boards
and STAY at them. I usually just say Hello and leave. <_< Of course there are some exceptions.
The only 3 I really try to be active on other than CL most of you've proably heard of are Positive
Promotionm (Ad board) Brawl Zone (Rugaji's board) and the Mario and Sonic Forum. (Riders DX'
s' board) I'd still be on SL if I saw less OU fanboys run amuk. <_<
TK: Which style of forums do you like best? IF, IPB, ZB, VBulletin, phpbb, etc?
Mag75: IF/IPB are my personal favorites. Easy to use and get used to, although personally
IPB is the better of the 2. Custom Profile Fields FTW.
TK: Ok, moving away from the forum stuff and into the more personal
aspects of you. What is your real name?
Mag75: John. Yes, I'm not kidding. Me and you have the same first name XD.
TK: Where do you live? Does it have a lot to offer?
Mag75: I live in Ohio, and not really. Not much happens over here.
TK: Outside of the internet, what other hobbies do you enjoy?
Mag75: As you can tell I am a pretty big gamer, obviously. I also do a fair bit of exercising
in my free time.
TK: What's your favorite food & drink? Your welcome to name several!
Mag75: I honestly am picky... so not much to list. Food is a hard one, but MD is proably my
drink of choice.
TK: What's your favorite books & music? Your welcome to name several!
Mag75: To be honest I don't read that much... nor do I listen to much really. I however am a
great dancer.
TK: Have any pets? If so please tell us about them!
Mag75: Yes, I have a dog and 2 cats. Both of the cats can be troublesome at times but they're
both alright.
TK: Do you have a job & or go to school? If so what do you hope to major in & or become?
Mag75: No job yet. I'm still stuck in Middle shool so obviously no big plans yet.
TK: Are you currently in a relationship? If so how is it going?
Mag75: Nope. And I don't ever plan on getting in one. I myself prefer the single life.
TK: What's your favorite TV Shows & Anime? Your welcome to name several if you like!
Mag75: I don't watch any TV now to be honest, and I never liked Anime that much. Usually
watched The Simpsons and Millionaire when I did watch TV.
TK: What's your favorite Video Games & Consoles? Your welcome to name several if you like!
Mag75: Oh my... so many to list. My favorite game of all time is quite obviously Brawl. <_<
The Pokemon series, all 2D Sonic games, and Mario Kart Wii come mighty fine close. My favorite
console is the Wii of course, with the Sega Genesis in a close second. (I've always preferred Sega
over Nintendo)
TK: Any final comments or thoughts that you would like to fill our CL Viewers in on? Besides
the fact of course that you HATE Ike. XD
Mag75: I also hate Pit thank you very much. <_< Also I usually refer to Ike as "OU", not Ike,
because Ike is overused to a point that its ridiculously annoying. I am also a big Garfield fan.
TK: Thanks for your time!
Mag75: Your welcome! Once again I was glad to be here!

CL Newsbit #5 - Get Active PMs Going Out Next Week!
Just a reminder that the "Get Active" PMs will be striking again next week! Since our activity
level has dwindled down a little bit and our NEW Mailing List is still not quite getting out to
everyone is the main reason as to why I'm keeping on them. A lot of our members may not
be aware of all the major changes we plan to make in the future, etc in addition to other
important news so that is why I'm continually doing this.

Anime Judgement #16
Ging: Welcome to the next installment of the Anime Judgement Segment. I am your host, Ging.
with my three Co-hosts Jason, Nam and Ryan. This week we are doing the anime movie Paprika.
Kei: Yo.
Ryan: Mmmm papaaarrreeeeekaaa!
Kei: Makes me think of the spice.
Ryan: They made references to that in the movie.
Nam: MMmmm..Satoshi Kon.
Ging: Okay to kick things off, first impressions?
Ryan: WHAT THE f**k IS GOING ON.
Ging: I thought it was an interesting plot, but I was also a bit confused. I was also a bti confused
thoughout the entire movie though.
Ryan: Yes, the movie starts off amazing you with some pretty weird s**t.
Kei: First impression. I didn't like it. I couldn't get into it at all. Maybe it is just me. And I do
agree with Ging. Confusing would be about it.
Kei: I think I was even more confused than Code Geass.
Nam: It's a cool premise. Very sci-fi. Reminds me of Ghost in the Shell and its philosophical
questions of what is reality. I'm always fine with movies that lets me question things.
Ging: Who was your favourite character?
Ryan: Ah, the cop dude. Whose name I have just forgotton.
Nam: Konakawa.
Ging: xD your right the cop was interesting.
Kei: He was. Paprika herself was alright. But I think Konakawa was decent.
Nam: My favorite is Chiba probably. I recognize the voice actress and realize today is that she's
the voice for Faye Valentine.
Ryan: Chiba also At-Chan Also Paprika.
Ging: Chiba didnt really do it for me.
Ging: Anyways what do you think the most redeeming quality of this movie was?
Nam: Do it lol.
Ryan: Redeeming quality... the amount of times it has you going WTF. Went the people start
babbling random s**t because they've obviously lost their marbles i lold. THE SUNNY SUNNY
SUNNY SUNNY DAY.
Kei: LOL. I would agree. (I was typing the same thing.)
Ging: I liked that it turned me on intellectually.
Ryan: Exploring peoples dreams and then oh s**t. crossing the boundaries between reality and
fiction. Whamo! What a combo.
Nam: Probably its imaginative nature. If I remember correctly Satoshi Kon was working on the
story for around 10 years. I love its attention to detail. The film has beautiful animation and great
timing. I was never bored, and the characters themselves were never boring ordinary people. Its
attention to detail is great.
Kei: It almost reminds me of the Nadia movie.
Ging: Positives?
Kei: The animation detail was good. Better than most animation that I have seen thus far.
Ging: I liked the whole idea of the anime. it was very very well done all around.
Ryan: SO POSITIVES (tested for HIV) the story is one of a kind. Original indeed. Animation is
awesome. And it blows your mind.
Nam: Positives: This is the kind of film I like, the kinds that make you think. I don't like being
spoonfed all the time on how I'm suppose to feel and there's some concrete meaning. The music
was also very fun. All the other positives were already said awhile ago. This movie was also an
adaptation from a novel, but I'm sure the director created this as his own piece of art. He's probably
my favorite anime director right after Miyazaki.
Ging: Negatives?
Ryan: If you aint sharp you might get lost in the story. It gets confusing. But that shouldnt stop you
too much from enjoying it.
Ging: xD
Ging: He was describing you.
Kei: I know he was. And I am ignoring him.
Kei: This film, despite it's animation and music coolness (in Nam's words), it does have a aftertaste
of leaving you going "Doh" a lot. I, personally, don't like that feeling. This was the main negative that
bothered me as I watched the movie.
Ging: I dont think there were any negatives to this.
Nam: I don't feel a real connection with the characters. The film made me feel very objective of
the events that were shown on screen. And though I'm sure that was part of the directors objective,
I like to feel emotionally compelled to the characters. Other than that, this movie is pretty much
perfect.
Ryan: So it's more about nams prferences then actual flaws.
Nam: Well, it's always about my personal preference.
Ging: Scores out of ten.
Ging: 10/10
Kei: Mine would be 4/10 As stated in the negatives.
Ryan: MY SCORE 8/10 (one adult plez)
Nam: 9/10
Ging: Last words?
Ryan: oh s**t a perfect? Wow.
Kei: And last words...watch at your own risk to mental stress.
Ging: If you are as dense as Jason.
Nam: If you like art, sci-fi, and not afraid of thinking go see the film. This film is proof that anime
is art and not just boobs, ultraviolence, and porn.
Ryan: Anyway ..last words. The movie will probably make you feel like your on some kind of a
mental journey. Sprit somethings. You know..those things the indians are searching for. So you
know..if you're like..drunk..or stoned...this movie will be that much more awesome.
Kei: I'm not dense -chucks a dense brick at Ging- I just don't like to be confused, get it right.
Ryan: Because then you'll laugh..hey..did that guy just grow really really big..and then pop? and
now his head is floating around? hell yes it is.
Ging: And that was another Anime Judgement. See you next time!
