Actually it matches the pink part somewhat, I think it’s called the mantle but iam not a skinner so ya.

The answer to your question is exactly what ryan said. There is no law or rule saying a member cant join and just not post for awhile b/c if there was then that would be crazyyyyyyy lol xD.
Anyway we are off topic so if your post doesn’t pertain to welcoming back shorty then don’t post.
